After 25 years of experience as a Chef, in my own restaurants, including a gourmet one, in Belgium, I moved to Sologne.
In the large kitchens of this Château, I created my artisanal factory for delicatessen products, which I called Arthur and Lola, the names of my first two grandchildren.
I make, in Sologne, syrups, with natural or organic flavors, oils with natural flavors and condiments, vinegars with condiments or natural flavors, mustards with condiments, mayonnaise with condiments, as well as vegetable-based spreads. and cheeses, and also game terrines, and aperitif drinks made from wines from the region, Cheverny and Mont Près Chambord.
