BISCUITS BIO DES SAVOIE

Our story begins nine years ago, when we decided to bring the old-fashioned macaron up to date, in Annemasse. Always according to our motto of “Organic, Good and Gourmand”, the family is growing and the coconut rock makes its appearance. In 2018, a little cramped, we decided to settle in Villaz, near Annecy. Since then, our pastry chefs have been making these sweets with love for the pleasure of the greediest. Our recipe? – 100 gr of madness – 250 gr of motivation – 1 dl of ardor – a pinch of creativity – good atmosphere without proportions You just have to put in the oven!!! All our products are 100% organic, naturally gluten-free and handcrafted.
