Since 1820, the date of construction of the main residence of the estate, Château Haut-Piquat has been a special and unique vineyard in the Saint Emilionnais. Property of Jean-Pierre RIVIERE since 1972, Château Haut-Piquat is distinguished by its wines vinified in parcels for nearly 40 years and from its 33ha vineyard in one piece, swept by the prevailing westerly winds, dotted of woods, clearings and pieces of water.
