In our Reserva range, we offer you our excellent traditional Spanish chorizo. The ideal accompaniment for your aperitifs or tastings with friends, Don Cala chorizo is made with pork, paprika and various spices. We also preserve its traditional manufacturing method, i.e. handmade and naturally dried in our cellars in the west of Spain for 6-9 months.
