In our Reserva range, we offer you our excellent traditional Spanish chorizo. The ideal accompaniment for your aperitifs or tastings with friends, Don Cala chorizo is made with pork, paprika and various spices. We also preserve its traditional manufacturing method, i.e. handmade and naturally dried in our cellars in the west of Spain for 6-9 months. From pigs reared in freedom in more than 10,000 m2 per animal. Soft in the mouth, our chorizo of around 450-500gr will offer you a thousand and one flavors.ç Consume at room temperature
