What is the Taste of Flanders? This is the name we have given to our products: flour and artisanal pasta produced on a family farm in the North.
We grow our wheat in a sustainable way (HVE level 2 certified) near our farm. We process our wheat on a stone mill. Then the flour is transformed into pasta, thanks to specific molds which allow us to offer you 7 shapes of pasta, for the little ones (farm animals) but also for the older ones with traditional shapes!!! The drying of our pasta is long (min. 20h) and is done at low temperature to keep the taste of cereals as well as its nutritional values.
