Born from a passion for fruits and plants, Maison Claude creates combinations of sweet flavors that give rise to colorful and fruity sandwiches.
We work with a minimum of 80% fruit in each preparation and all our products are carefully selected and 100% of French origin.
We are committed to highlighting the taste of the fruits and herbs or aromatic plants with which we work. This is why we use as little sugar as possible in each of our preparations (20% maximum).
Each production is almost unique: we work with very small quantities. Colors and textures may vary from pot to pot.
And because the plants and herbs are meticulously worked by hand, it is possible that you will find pieces a little larger than the others or a tiny piece of branch.
