Brave occitan Wild spirit, the wild spirit of the brave occitan,
was born in 2016 in Montauban.
Working in climate engineering, the idea of creating a distillery emerged during the commissioning of sophisticated machines for complex installations. Why wouldn't I run a distilled "fluids" management facility?
I then built the walls of my future distillery, and after a few weeks of upgrading, I was able to see my first distillate flow.
I work with local actors and in circular economy, all the residues are revalorized and the carbon footprints reduced.
The farmers provide me with cereals that I have selected myself, then all the work is done at the distillery (except the malting of the cereals).
Brewing, fermentation, aging and bottling are done on site. I designed my bottle and my labels. My soul resides in every product.
My passion for this job pushes me to place myself in a Premium segment. With quality distillates with taste subtleties and outside the dictates of spirits.
BOWS is an artisanal distillery, offering a wide range of spirits that will delight all palates: floral, woody, smoky, full-bodied notes... the choice is yours!
