The Gran Reserva range is our line of 100% purebred products. A delight for lovers of exceptional hams. Fed mainly with oak fruit, the pigs are raised in freedom in 10,000m2 of pasture in the province of Salamanca. Each Reserva ham therefore obtains a naturally unique and intense taste, incomparable with other hams. Selected by our master butchers, each piece weighs between 7.5kg and 8kg and is matured for at least 36 months in our natural cellars in Guijuelo. The essential Iberian ham is the product par excellence of Spanish gastronomy. To be consumed at room temperature.
