In October 2022, the brand was acquired by SICA Bio Pays Landais, a group of organic fruit and vegetable producers. HASnow, alongside soya, Hello Bio is expanding its catalog to offer a range of 100% South-West grocery products, created from surplus fruit and vegetable production.
