The 15 farmers of the Terres du Sud cooperative producing our vegetables and tomatoes are supported by 3 technicians, particularly on organic production methods. We are also in discussions with them to establish a progress roadmap for the bioagroecological transition. This allows us to adopt a process of continuous improvement in favor of biodiversity, soils, and the nutritional quality of products. • A local approach from the South-West. Once harvested, the vegetables are cleaned and prepared just a few kilometers from the fields. Then, our processing partner puts them in jars in the Gers, respecting the raw material and its natural taste. This makes it possible to develop local products and limit travel. • A controlled sector and recipe. It is rare to find vegetables in jars whose exact origin and the various intermediaries are known. Omie carrot peas are 100% traceable, from the producers' field to being placed in jars. They are grown by Terres du Sud farmers, then washed and prepared in their factories. Then, they are put in jars at Vergers de Gascogne. In addition, their reduced salt* and sugar* content allows you to rediscover the natural taste of carrot peas in a healthy way.
