Our family home is located in the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Pilat, in the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region. Between Lyon and the Ardèche, our mountain village (department of the Loire) offers us an exceptional setting and climate for the production and refining of our artisanal charcuterie. Time and nature are our allies to offer you an emotional charcuterie.

Our cold cuts are made from ancestral recipes, passed down from generation to generation, they testify to our passion for taste. It is in this logic of excellence that our know-how has been labeled a living heritage company (EPV)

We only use top quality meat from our region. No allergens, no additives. We produce artisanal dry charcuterie by letting nature do its work.

We offer a wide range of specialties. From our dry sausage to the different varieties of ham, including rosette, coppa, and many others. We are also proud of our famous cooked sausages, pistachio or truffle. So many generous and gourmet products to spend moments of sharing and conviviality.
