MistralGin is the first rosé dry gin associating the tradition of gin with Provence; its herbs, the freshness of the Mistral and its art of living! It is in the heart of Haute Provence, in a century-old distillery, that its 12 plants are distilled and then assembled to produce this unique artisanal gin. The tasting reveals a delicate gin of surprising freshness, imbued with scents of garrigue (thyme, basil), notes of anise and mint, all enhanced by a hint of citrus.
