My name is Julie (Ju for short), I was born in the Alsatian countryside, in a family of farmers for several generations.
Here we cultivate the land, we live as close as possible to our animals, we love good cuisine, simple things and we live to the rhythm of the seasons.
Since we were little, my sister and I learned to cook and garden with mom and grandma, work the land and watch it grow with dad and grandpa. They planted the JU seed very early...
The years go by, I become a chef but also a great sportswoman and I pay more and more attention to my diet. Good things yes but not at the expense of health!
Then one day my dad fell seriously ill, a shock for me I worked in the restaurant business, stopped everything and asked myself a lot of questions...
In our country, gluttony is sacred, and there is no question of putting it at the expense of health. I work on delicious but healthy recipes for the family and one day it clicks! I want to be able to offer more people the opportunity to treat themselves while putting health at the heart of food!
