La Ferme de la Palouse is a young company run by Julien Andlauer, today, based in the heart of the village of Anjoutey. We transform small fruits from our orchards in Lomont into syrups, vinegars, juices and aperitifs. These products are available at the farm store as well as other products from local artisans and producers.

“Formerly a wine merchant, I contacted winegrowers in my region in Sochaux where I was able to harvest the grapes and rub shoulders with people who passed on their know-how and passion to me. So, I started by doing small weekly markets, then, subsequently, with the acquisition of orchards, we launched into making aperitifs. The adventure then officially started in 2011 under the name Les Couleurs de nos Terroirs. »
“Building on its success, we decided to increase production while developing an additional range of syrups and vinegars. As the premises in Sochaux became too small, we started looking for a farm where we could work and implement many projects. This is how the Ferme de la Palouse in Anjoutey was born. »
