ipsago was born from a long friendship and a common desire:
offer a more balanced, sustainable and reasoned diet in order to combat food waste “at the source”.
We promote under-exploited resources from artisanal production: brewers' spent grains, fruit and vegetable pulps, oilcakes or okaras, resulting respectively from the brewing of beers, the pressing of juices, oils or vegetable drinks.
Our zero waste objective also leads us to buy out-of-size fruits and vegetables to provide additional income for market gardeners.
These co-products are dried so as to retain their excellent taste and nutritional qualities. These ingredients are wonderful assets for making our biscuits, sources of fiber and protein.
All these untapped resources come from short circuits in the Southern Region and are recycled by us in our biscuit factory in Aix-en-Provence.
