ipsago was born from a long friendship and a shared desire:
to offer a more balanced, sustainable, and responsible diet in order to combat food waste "at the source."
We promote under-exploited resources from artisanal production: brewery grains, fruit and vegetable pulp, oilcakes or okaras, from beer brewing, juice pressing, oils or plant-based drinks respectively.
Our zero waste objective also leads us to buy back oversized fruits and vegetables to provide additional income to market gardeners.
These co-products are dried in such a way as to preserve their excellent taste and nutritional qualities. These ingredients are wonderful assets for making our biscuits, sources of fiber and protein.
All of these untapped resources come from short supply chains in the South Region and are used by us in our biscuit factory in Aix-en-Provence.
