Creation of a quality biscuit factory in 2013, Emmanuel and Carine decided to create their own biscuit factory after a professional reconversion. This followed Emmanuel's work accident and the birth of their third child.
After several difficult months, they decided to work together while spending time as a family.
They opened their biscuit factory in their small village of Céreste in Lubéron, which has only 1,300 inhabitants.
Their objective was to offer a friendly place where people could meet and enjoy quality biscuits, made with carefully selected raw materials. They use organic flour, free-range eggs, French AOP sugar and butter, as well as local or organic ingredients. They have also chosen to sell directly in their shop adjoining their biscuit factory, as well as to delicatessens.
Their wide selection of cookies includes flavors like Lavender Shortbread, Lavender Honey Sesame, Preserved Lemon Financiers, and more. Their growing business has remained true to their initial goal of offering quality products while being rooted in their local community.We are part of a quality approach for production without preservatives, additives or colorings. For us, the main thing is the taste pleasure of our gourmet creations, where each gourmet will find the little biscuit that suits them!
