Behind every little biscuit, there is Pauline, a pastry chef from a farming family in the Jura. Having grown up with a love of the land and respect for good products and the environment, it is only natural that my brand follows this path.
Handmade from carefully selected local ingredients, my biscuits and other delicacies offer a gourmet experience, combining artisanal quality and French know-how.
The butter comes from a comté cheese dairy 5.5 km from my laboratory and the flour from a water mill 10 km away, both located in the Jura.
